Create your account and start booking courts in minutes
Create Your Account
Sign up with your email address or use Google/Apple sign-in for quick access. You'll need to verify your email with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your inbox.
- Visit courtspot.org or download the mobile app
- Click "Sign Up" and choose your signup method
- Enter your details and verify your email via OTP
- Complete the onboarding questionnaire to personalize your experience
Set Up Your Profile
Complete your profile to get personalized recommendations and connect with other players.
- Add your display name and profile photo
- Select your preferred sports (Tennis, Pickleball, Badminton, Padel, Squash, Swimming)
- Set your skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert)
- Choose your preferred cities for venue suggestions

Each facility page gives you everything you need to decide:

- 4Reviews & Ratings â Read honest reviews from other players
- 5Pricing â View per-court, per-slot pricing including peak/off-peak rates

How to Book
Choose a Facility
Search or browse to find a venue. Click on the facility card to open its details page.
Select Date & Time
Pick your preferred date from the calendar, then choose an available time slot. Slots are color-coded to show availability.
Pick Your Court
If the facility has multiple courts, select your preferred one. View court-specific features and pricing.
Add Party Members (Optional)
Invite friends to your booking by entering their email addresses. They'll receive an invitation with the booking details.
Apply Discount Code (Optional)
Enter a promotional code if you have one. Student discounts are applied automatically after verification.
Confirm & Pay
Review your booking summary, then pay securely via Razorpay. You'll receive a confirmation email with a PDF invoice.
Managing Your Bookings
Access all your bookings from the Dashboard > My Bookings section:
Reschedule
Need to change your booking? Reschedule to a different date/time. New pricing will be calculated automatically based on slot availability.
Cancel
Cancel bookings when plans change. Refund amounts depend on the facility's cancellation policy and timing.
View Invoice
Download a PDF invoice for any booking with full pricing breakdown, court details, and payment information.
Walk-in Booking
Some venues support walk-in bookings with "Pay at Venue" option. Online payment may earn you additional discounts.

Pricing System
CourtSpot uses a flexible pricing model set by each facility:
Dynamic Pricing
Prices may vary by time of day (peak vs. off-peak), day of week, and season. Off-peak hours are typically more affordable.
Discounts
Promo codes, student discounts (with verified student ID), community member discounts, and walk-in incentives can all lower your cost.
Pay Online & Save
At venues that support "Pay at Venue", paying online upfront typically earns you an additional discount (e.g., 5-10% off).
Refunds
When you cancel a booking, refunds are processed based on the facility's cancellation policy:
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-7 business days
- You'll receive an email notification when refund is initiated

Tokens are CourtSpot's in-facility currency. Here's how they work:

Reload your token balance through the app when you run low.
Request Refunds

Purchasing Tickets
Events may offer multiple ticket tiers (e.g., Standard, VIP) with different pricing and perks. To buy a ticket:
- Browse the Events page or find events on a facility's profile
- Select an event to view its full details, schedule, and ticket options
- Choose your preferred ticket tier and date
- Pay securely â you'll receive a digital ticket with a QR code
- Present your QR code at the venue for check-in
Joining Tournaments
Competitive tournaments feature bracket systems and real-time scoring:
- Register as an individual or with a pre-formed team
- View live brackets updated in real-time as matches complete
- Receive match notifications and schedule updates
- Tournament results are reflected on the global leaderboard

How It Works
Create a Battle
Start a new battle challenge from your dashboard. Choose competitive or unranked mode.
Invite Opponents
Send battle invitations via email or search for players by username.
Play Your Match
Meet at the court and use real-time score tracking during the match.
Submit Results
After the match, submit the score. Your opponent confirms or disputes the result.
Rankings Update
For competitive matches, your leaderboard position and skill rating adjust automatically.

Access your profile settings from Settings to manage:
Student Verification
Students can unlock automatic discounts by verifying their student status:
- Navigate to Settings > Student Verification
- Enter your university email address
- Upload a photo of your valid student ID
- Wait for admin approval (usually within 1-2 business days)
- Once verified, discounts are applied automatically at checkout
Privacy & Data
CourtSpot is committed to protecting your data:
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- You can export your data anytime from Settings
- Account deletion is available with a 30-day cooling period for data recovery

Troubleshooting
Common issues and how to resolve them
Common Issues
I can't find any facilities near me
CourtSpot is expanding across India. Try widening your search radius or searching by city name. If there are no facilities in your area yet, check back regularly as new venues join the platform.
My payment failed but I was charged
If an amount was deducted but the booking wasn't confirmed, the payment will be automatically reversed within 5-7 business days. If not, contact support@courtspot.com with your transaction details.
I can't log in to my account
Try resetting your password using the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same method to log in. For persistent issues, contact support.
My booking shows as 'Pending' for too long
Some facilities manually confirm bookings. If your booking hasn't been confirmed within 24 hours, contact the facility directly using the contact information on their profile page.
I was marked as a no-show but I attended
Contact the facility owner directly to resolve the issue. If unresolved, email support@courtspot.com and we'll investigate.
The mobile app is not working properly
Make sure you have the latest version installed. Try clearing the app cache and restarting. If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app.
